Goodstack has expanded its presence across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader APAC region through the acquisition of Good2Give. By combining Good2Give’s regional expertise with Goodstack’s global technology, the partnership creates new opportunities for companies and employees to expand their opportunities to give.

Good2Give, as the largest workplace giving organisation in Australia and New Zealand, has facilitated more than $390 million in donations from businesses and employees to charities over the last decade.

“Good2Give has built a strong track record and deep expertise in empowering workplace giving in Australia and New Zealand. By combining that with Goodstack’s technology and international network, we’re positioned to deliver even greater impact to companies and communities alike across the APAC region,” said Henry Ludlam, Founder and CEO of Goodstack.

Founded to revolutionize how the world does good, Goodstack works with leading brands including Atlassian, Canva, Zoom, and TikTok to streamline nonprofit verification, employee giving and volunteering, customer donations, and grant management. In 2024 alone, Goodstack facilitated over $3 billion in donations, supporting thousands of nonprofits across more than 240 countries and territories.

“Joining Goodstack is an exciting opportunity to scale the impact we’ve created over the past 20 years,” said Nikki Kinloch, CEO of Good2Give. “Together, we can deliver more innovation and reach to our clients while continuing to strengthen the culture of giving.”

This acquisition marks an important milestone in Goodstack’s mission to connect companies, employees, and customers to causes through the largest purpose-driven network on the planet, and signals continued growth across the APAC region.
